Luna's Very Loud Quiet Day

Luna wants the power to come back on — until the quiet turns out to be full of sounds she's never noticed.

About the story

The power goes out on a Saturday morning, and Luna declares it the worst day ever. No TV, no tablet, no music. Then Mom suggests they sit by the open window.

A bird Luna has never heard. Sprinklers. Footsteps upstairs. Bicycle bells, wind chimes, and someone practicing violin down the block. Luna and her older brother Nico start a list called “Things That Are Quiet But Not Silent” and head outside to find more.

A playful story about slowing down and paying attention, with no lectures about screens.
