The Night the Moon Followed Me Home
Noah wants to know why the moon keeps following his family's car — until a drive home becomes a gentle adventure in wonder.
About the story
On an evening drive through Los Angeles, Noah notices the moon outside his window. Several turns later, it's still there. The moon, Noah announces, is following them.
Instead of correcting him, Mom asks why the moon might want to come along. Maybe it's lonely. Maybe it's curious. Maybe it's lost. The moon slips behind trees and buildings, and Noah worries they've lost it, until it peeks out again. At home, Mom explains why faraway things can seem to follow us. Noah understands, and still whispers goodnight.
A calm, lyrical bedtime story where a simple explanation adds to the wonder instead of erasing it.
